Best Western Manor Hotel

The hotel is located just off the A2 and well located for Gravesend, Northfleet and surrounding areas. There free on site external parking, accessed through barriers. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful and are to be commended. The room was comfortable, and had free wi-fi. The food was good, both in the evening and morning. Buffet style breakfast from 05.30am. Cooked breakfast from 07.30am, although from the information in e-mails, 07.00am was expected by myself. The lady on reception sorted me out with a bacon, egg and sausage bap so I could get to my appointment by 08.00am.

A little gem! I would give it 11 out of 10 if I could. Fell upon this by sheer luck and ended up staying 4 nights instead of 1, we were so comfortable. Can’t understand some of the negative comments on the reviews. The staff are incredible, hardworking, happy, friendly, anything you want they will try and accommodate you, always someone available day and night, really flexible to special requests and caring regarding special diets. They make it like a home from home and the level of customer service is something that is very rare these days. They found me a room with a microwave when I told them on check in that I travel with my own food due to dietary restrictions. Our room was spacious and had every amenity you could think of, bed was comfortable, big soft thick towels. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Lounge area really homely, warm and cosy. Very good breakfast options, pub type menu available to order until about 9pm with some good quality hot food and gluten free options. Really good bar and service. Free tea and coffee 24 hour self service machine plus hot and cold water dispenser. Very good security both building and car park. Residents only hotel so always plenty of tables in lounge/restaurant and no need to worry about who might be coming into the hotel/restaurant. Most of the hotel including the lounge/restaurant has had a refurb/makeover/redecoration. A big personal thanks to all the staff for being so helpful to me during our stay. Wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend. Easy to find and access and plenty of free secure parking. Very fairly priced and good value for money.

Loved the staff they made both me and my wife feel welcomed and answered all question we had, the room was clean and tidy and well made up, the size of the room was just right for the 2 of us and it had everything that you may of left at home like iron for example thumbs up here

The staff were really friendly and helpful. Special mention for Joy who was on the Reception when we arrived and seemed to be doing everything and in a really good way. Got and served our supper and drinks too. Back in the morning for breakfast, which was good. Thank you Joy - you were the perfect member of staff.

Excellent choices for breakfast. Cooked to order. Very helpful chap on Reception. Carried my case to and from my room. Nice good sized room.
